T8 ASSEMBLY WORKSHOP
The T8 LED assembly workshop is 8,000 m2. There are 13 production lines, which can meet the assembly need of TLED series of products and frame lamps. Its monthly output can be up to 8 million pieces/month. There are the domestic most advanced single-end and double-end automatic production lines in this workshop. They are independently developed by the company. The production lines can assemble up tp 2,000 TLED products per hour. Production lines can automatically perform coating, preforming of end caps, welding, threading of end caps, tube loaded onto the production line, curing, labeling, pad printing, FCT detection, packaging, etc.
