In the first phase of the base, 30000 square meters of factory buildings have been built. There are three semi-automatic assembly lines, which can realize automatic chassis mounting, automatic gluing, automatic light bar mounting, automatic welding, automatic chassis lowering, and automatic screwing. 600 sets can be produced per hour. In addition, the fourth upgraded full-automatic assembly line is in the process of orderly installation and commissioning. After all of them are completed, 700000 sets of panel lights of different series can be produced each month.
